No. 9A MGM CORROSION TEST CYLINDER
This cylinder is to be used for the detection of the corrosiveness to copper of aviation gasoline, automotive gasoline, farm tractor fuel, cleaners (stoddard) solvent, diesel fuel, fuel oil (distillate), and certain other petroleum products, according to ASTM designation: D130.
Each cylinder is subjected to an air pressure test of 120 pounds, followed by a hydrostatic test of 500 pounds.
No. 70 MGM COPPER STRIP
To be used with No. 9A MGM Corrosion Test Cylinder. This strip is sanded smooth all over, ready for final polishing and cleaning. It has a hole in the end for hanging in the cylinder.
No. 64 MGM COPPER STRIP VISE
For holding No. 70 MGM Copper Strips while polishing.
