MGM's model 42E stainless steel 1/4" pipe plug can be used in any 1/4" piping system. Our pipe plug has industry standard 1/4-18 NPT pipe threads. The plug has a 5/8" hex head and a small groove between the hex and threads where a small link of chain can be fastened to the plug.  Stainless steel pipe plugs are corrosion resistant and temperature resistant compared to other metals, such as carbon steel.

MGM pipe plugs can be used in a variety of applications. Primary applications for 42E pipe plugs include hydraulics, pneumatics, sampling systems as well as secondary closures for sample line valves, angle valves, ball valves, and bottom outlet valves in railroad tank car industry.
